Yvo de Boer, Executive Secretary of the UNFCCC, on Monday told the Copenhagen conference in his opening address the story of Nyi Lay -- a 6 year old boy from Myanmar who lost his parents and his younger brother during Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar.
